Flight Training

Air Adventures at JustFly!

The Air Adventure Program is ideal for persons who would like a solid introduction into aviation but not ready for a major commitment. Age, budgeting, gifting or availability, such as over a summer break, are some of the reasons this program is chosen.  This program is a great for young people deciding on a career path, someone who may want to get over a fear of flying, or someone who just wants to say they have flown an airplane.

The Air Adventure Program is designed to give the beginning flight student the basic fundamentals of learning how to fly an airplane, and an introduction to the requirements needed in obtaining a FAA Private Pilots License.

The flight student will recieve:

  • 6 hours of flight training in an aircraft
  • 3 hours of ground instruction

Ground training covers:

  • Basic aerodynamics
  • Flight controls and systems
  • Basic flight and maneuvers
  • Takeoff and landing

The cost of the program is $930.00 and can be scheduled over 6 to 8 weeks. The required flight training books, pilot logbook and headphone rental are available for an additional charge.

At the conclusion of your Air Adventure  you will recieve a Certificate of Completion.  All training time is recorded in your pilot logbook and may be applied towards earning your Private Pilots License.
