We offer ASA, Jeppesen, and FAA publications and products. Finding just the right gift item will be easy with more than 2000 items to choose. You may receive your order next day if you live in the Houston or surrounding metro area. Place your order on-line by 2:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and your order will be shipped same day by FedEx. Friday, weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business day. Orders outside of Houston will take slightly longer. PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. For your security all ship to addresses must be the same as the bill to address. Phone orders are accepted. Please call 832-721-3158. Sales tax is 8.25% for all orders placed in Texas. PRICING: We make every attempt to keep the prices current and up to date on our website. But, being only human we may miss a price change or have a keying error. Our promise is to act in good faith and we will let you know of any price difference prior to shipping and give you the opportunity to purchase or refuse the item at the correct price.. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts or sales without prior notice. The Aviator store will not be liable for discontinued products or incorrect product specifications which we receive from our suppliers. SHIPPING: Our goal is to get your product in your hands as soon as possible. We charge exact freight based on weight and dimensions of your package. Orders placed Monday thru Thursday by 2:00 p.m. will be shipped same day by FedEx. Customers in the Houston area usually receive their product next day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day and standard shipping time is applied. You may choose another carrier for shipping, but we have had the best results with FedEx. All ship to and bill to addresses must be the same. All shipping charges are non-refundable. We ship to all 50 states only, no international orders. Shipping charges are based on the USPS /FedEx tables utilizing your address. If your shipping charges are higher than quoted, you will be notified prior to shipping. RETURNS: Your satisfaction is our first priority. To maintain our customers’ confidence we offer the ability to return within the following conditions: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact the Aviator store at 832-721-3158 to obtain this number. You must be able to provide us with the invoice number of your purchase, reason for return, and date of purchase to receive a RAN. Returns without a RAN number clearly marked on the outside of the box will not be accepted. Products covered by a manufacturer warranty must be returned to the manufacturer. All returns must be in brand new re-sellable condition. All original packaging materials must be used and all original blank warranty cards, serial number cards, instruction booklets and accessories must be accounted for before a credit may be issued. A 25% stocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns and you are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable unless you have received a wrong item (not matching your order invoice)in error. Returns are processed upon receipt of the product. You are responsible for ensuring that the returned product is received at The Aviator Store. We suggest you ship your returned item using a traceable system. Defective product may not be exchanged for other product. Software and videos may be returned only if they are unopened Product damaged in transit must be addressed with the carrier. Please keep all packaging as you will need this to file a freight claim. RAN’s must be used within 10 days of issue or the return authorization will be voided. LOSS/DAMAGES, PILFERAGING, SHORTAGES, and DEFECTS Please contact us through our contact page on our website if your items do not arrive within 5 days of the anticipated receipt date. At the first instance of any loss or damage you should contact the freight carrier for the status of your delivery. We reserve the right to investigate any loss claim for up to 21 days from notification of delivery. This time frame is determined by the carriers and we must adhere to their policies. Please save original boxes, shipping labels and packing materials and interior documentation. Some shippers require on-site inspection to settle a claim. PRIVACY POLICY We work hard to earn your trust as a flight school and Aviator Store. The information you provide to us will not be sold, loaned, or provided to any outside company or third party. The only purpose for this information is to complete your transaction and to provide you with superior service. We do use e-mail for the use of forwarding company, industry, and product updates through Constant Contacts. You may “safe unsubscribe” at any time to discontinue receiving these notifications. FAQ’s How Do I place an order? Your order may be placed on line. Select an Item and add it to your cart. Fill in the required personal information and your order will be processed. What if what I am looking for is not on your website? Please contact us thru our contact page. Let us know the manufacturer, part number or style and we will try to locate it for you. If we cannot get it we will let you know via e-mail. Is there sales tax? Purchases made in Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax. All other states are exempt. When will my items be shipped? Orders placed before 2:00p.m. Monday thru Thursday, will be processed the same day. All other orders will be processed on the next business day. If ther is a delay you will be notified by e-mail. What carrier does your company use? We have had the most success with FedEx for price and timeliness. You may choose USPS or UPS if you would like, but we will not be able to guarantee shipping to be expedited. USPS “one Price” packaging is more affordable but will require additional shipping time. Do you ship outside of the US? No. What if an item is out of stock or on backorder? You will be notified via e-mail and we will complete or not complete your order as you would advise. How do I return an item? Returns must be done within 30 days and with a receipt. Please contact us with this information to receive a RAN and we will advise you of a return address.
