DVD RETURN POLICY Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange a DVD provided it is unopened and in its original packaging. To do this you need to request a return authorization from Just Fly! Inc. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Once a DVD is opened it cannot be returned.
